Join the Wee Review team as we go bilingual

The Wee Review aspires to be the leading website for arts and culture of all types right across Scotland. As part of that we’re now looking for Gaelic writers on culture to join us.

The key skills we ask for in all our writers are:

  • an excellent standard of written communication
  • the ability to write clear, concise and insightful reviews and/or opinion pieces to deadline
  • a good existing knowledge of the arts, or a desire to learn

Writers can be based anywhere in Scotland, and can write about any artform.

The site is run entirely on a voluntary basis, so we are unable to pay writers, but we’re a friendly team, welcoming to new ideas and opinions, and writing commitments can be very flexible.

If you’d like to know more, please contact our editor robert.peacock@theweereview.com
