Òran Mór’s ambiance was suited to the starry backdrop and acoustically ideal for the soaring vocals of Parisen born Victoria Legrand, as she delivered faithful renditions of the high points of their back catalogue.
Perhaps a little disappointing to hear no straying from their familiar album arrangements in a live context, but as far as criticisms go – playing too perfectly can safely be filed in the ‘less stinging’ category.
